Acquisition of DeltaWare Systems by MAXIMUS, Inc.

On February 10, 2010, MAXIMUS Inc. acquired DeltaWare Systems Inc. MAXIMUS is a leading provider of health and human services program management and consulting services to governments worldwide. Headquartered in Reston, Virginia, they have over 6,500 employees located in more than 220 offices across United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, and Israel.
From a MAXIMUS perspective, the acquisition allows them to expand their core health and human services to include the broad capabilities of the flagship "Medigent" health administration management system. They have already enjoyed a rewarding relationshop with DeltaWare in their British Columbia health operations, and look forward to expanded opportunities in the e-health and drug information systems markets in North America and abroad.
