October 9, 2009

For the second consecutive year and the third time since 2003, DeltaWare Systems Inc (DeltaWare) has been recognized as one of Canada's Top 100
Employers for 2010 by Medicorp Canada Inc. Winners were announced in the special issue of Maclean's Magazine on stands today. DeltaWare is the only Island business recognized for this award in 2010, and only one of five businesses in Atlantic Canada.
'We are extremely pleased to be recognized with this announcement,' says Vice President Mike Hennessey. 'To be singled out once again among the best in Canada among thousands of nominees, is indeed an honor.'
The Top 100 Employers is a national competition to determine which employers lead their industries in offering exceptional workplaces for their employees. Employers are evaluated by the editors of Canada's Top 100 Employers using eight criteria including:
Physical Workplace; Work Atmosphere and Social; Health, Financial and Family
Benefits; Vacation and Time Off; Employee Communications; Performance
Management; Training and Skills Development; and Community Involvement.
Employers are compared to other organizations in their field to determine which offers the most progressive and forward-thinking programs.
DeltaWare is a Canadian-based Information Technology (IT) company located in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island (PEI). The company has been in operation since 1992, and has consistently demonstrated the ability to deliver leading edge, valueadded,
