Gov't of PEI Public Internships - Due Sept. 18th!

Recent Graduate Public Internship Program Announced:
Through the Canada-Prince Edward Island Labour Market Agreement (LMA), the Province has established the Public Internship Program to provide recent graduates with employment experience and skill enhancement to better position them to secure future employment.
These internship placements will provide participants with a work experience within a provincial government department related to their skills and education, and enable the participants to successfully transition into the labour force. It is anticipated that there will be 50 internship placements with the province and each work term will be for 52 weeks. The wage rate is $19 per hour, 37.5 hour work week
Applicants must have completed post secondary education in a diploma or degree program within the last 5 years and be seeking a focused work term experience.
Deadline for applications is Friday, September 18 at 4:00 p.m.
